"Berisha ignored justice"/ Çuçi: The accusations are politically independent

Bledar Çuçi, in his speech at the meeting of the Council of Mandates where the arrest of MP Sali Berisha is being discussed, said that immunity should be removed in all cases.

According to him, the accusations of justice institutions are politically independent.

“Immunity must be removed in all cases. In all cases, the decision to remove the deputy must be taken. There is no reason to doubt the allegations of the judiciary. The charges are politically independent. A few months ago, we removed the immunity of an important deputy of the majority. My question is: Mr. Berisha has ignored the actions of the Prosecutor's Office, the decisions of the Court of First Instance, the decision of the Court of Appeal Against Corruption and Organized Crime.", said Çuçi./ CNA< /span>
