Andrea Kalemi alias Adriatik Kalemi from Memaliaj was injured with a knife in the high security prison "Koridhalos" in Athens. 

The event happened on December 14 and the Greek media reported the news on December 15.

Kalemi was stabbed by a 28-year-old Egyptian prisoner.

It is suspected that the 28-year-old was paid for this.

Kalemi was wounded in the chest, neck and arm and was transported to the prison hospital, where it is reported that he is in a stable condition.

It was the other prisoners who saved the Albanian after hitting the Egyptian, not allowing him to continue shooting.

The businessman from Memaliaj Andrea alias Adriatik Kalemi escaped an assassination attempt on August 9 of this year on the Greek island of Paxos, while he was vacationing with his family.
