The prosecutor of SPAK, Arben Kraja, during his speech at the Council of Mandates that is taking place this morning for the mandate of former Prime Minister Sali Berisha, responded to the political accusations.
He emphasized that there is no political influence in this process and it has never been involved in politics.
We emphasize that the accusations of former Prime Minister Sali Berisha against prosecutor Arben Kraja after the investigations into the "Partizani" file were not few.
"There is no political influence. So far the court has given us the right. We have the power to investigate high state officials as well. It is my duty that when there is a report we start investigations, it seems that it can be used by different parties. We cannot stop these words. When I was in charge of SPAK, I was accused of working for another wing, of hitting those in power. I don't deal with these words, in my life I have never dealt with politics and I will never become a politician", said Kraja./ CNA
