Former Deputy Director of the National Anti-Corruption Commission in the Kosovo Criminal Court/ Requests the replacement of the security measure

The former deputy director of the National Anti-Corruption Agency (NACA), Hava Delibashi, has filed a request for the replacement of the security measure against her.

Currently, Delibashi is under "house arrest", imposed as part of an investigation launched by the Special Structure against Corruption and Organized Crime.

She is part of the same investigative file that also includes Ergys Agasi and Ermal Beqiri.

The investigation is related to a SPAK operation that targeted a suspected criminal group within AKSHI, raising suspicions of involvement in illegal activities within the institution.

There is still no decision from the court regarding Delibash's request to change the security measure./ CNA
