Berisha: The Prosecutor General and the Supreme Court of Kosovo took Irena Gjoka

The leader of the Democratic Party, Sali Berisha, spoke to the media after leaving SPAK, where he appeared in compliance with the "compulsory appearance" measure.

During his speech, Berisha said that it took the Prosecutor General two years to issue a decision on Judge Irena Gjoka. Among other things, he added that the High Judicial Council also defended Irena Gjoka.

"If there is a shameful and ridiculous system, it is this justice system. I will give you just one example. Irena with 5 surnames, left at her feet, the Attorney General who took two years to issue a decision that was evident from the first week. The Attorney General has licked the boots of Irena with many surnames.

After the Prosecutor General, the Supreme Court of Justice (KLGJ) reaches the culmination, which has rejected the requests for its review and one row, imagine here, after my lawyers were given a written response that Irena with 5 surnames was dismissed by the former President of the Republic, the Chairman of the Supreme Court of Justice, Sali Berisha in 1996, when this document was requested by the DP deputies 3 weeks later, he replied that there is no such document against this lady. The Supreme Court of Justice has defended Irena Gjoka. Then comes the ILD after the documents were passed from one to the other. They do not give the file to the complaining party.
