During his speech at the presentation of the Albanian Digital Solution (ADS), Prime Minister Edi Rama spoke about investments in Zvërnec, stating that the state is not forgiving this area.

Rama stated that Zvërnec is privately owned, while adding that the state only has assets on the island of Sazan.

"The noise raised over a fake news that the state is forgiving Zvërnceci. The state is not forgiving anything, because it is completely private property. Investors have taken that property from the private sector. The state has assets on the island of Sazan, while negotiations have not yet ended. But the land on the island will belong to the Albanian state. The AlbTrace company has today received what until yesterday was done with failed concessions. Today they are no longer concessions but law enforcement activities.

The companies we are creating in the field of defense are connected by a simple definition. We want anyone who comes to Albania to co-produce with the Albanian state and with KAYO, which is part of the private investments made in the field of defense.
