Prime Minister Edi Rama delivered his speech at the presentation of the company "Albanian Digital Solution".

Rama stated that this company will develop systems without the need for the state to turn to the private sector, while adding that ADS will have the highest salaries in digital services.

Among other things, he said that talents at home and abroad will be offered the opportunity to become part of it.

"To divide it no longer between the private and public sectors, but first of all to divide it within the public sector. To create a new company that will develop systems without the need for the state to turn to the private sector, but on the contrary with the ambition that the state will create the most successful public company for the development of systems and their maintenance. A company that has the capacity to become a space for all talents, a company that has the highest salaries for digital services, a company that offers talents inside and outside the country the opportunity to become part of it by combining office and remote work in function of goals, a company that is a guarantee for the country's systems not to remain hostage to the private sector, to guarantee all technical continuity and to offer the highest institutional and civic accountability in relation to the public by guaranteeing the measurability of the service.
