Investments of the IPARD program/ Alsi&Co company improves the processing

The Minister of Agriculture, Frida Krifca, has informed that thanks to the investments supported by the IPARD program, the Alsi&Co company has improved the complete line of processing and packaging of dried fruits.

Through the support of this program, this company has made it possible to replace the raw material from imports with that of local farmers, since they now receive the dried fruits directly from the farm and process them in their factory according to the highest standards and at a lower cost.

Krifca underlines that the policies are clearly oriented towards strengthening the economy of farmers, processors and the Albanian brand in the markets, simultaneously offering the highest quality of the final product to the consumer.

"Through the investment supported by the IPARD program, the Alsi&Co company has improved the complete line of processing and packaging of dried fruits, making it possible to replace the raw material from imports with that of local farmers, since they now receive the dried fruits directly from the farm and process them in their factory according to the highest standards and at a lower cost.
