The flow of tourists and extreme temperatures/ Balluku takes measures for energy

Deputy Prime Minister Belinda Balluku has announced in a press conference that measures are being taken to cope with the summer season in terms of service provision.

She emphasized that there are two main components that are challenging for them, the tourist bubble and the extreme temperatures that can cause technical problems.

According to Balluk, measures have been taken to ensure that there are no long-term power outages, since there is an influx of tourists from Velipoja to Ksamil.

She added that the entire situation will be discussed region by region and measures will be taken that will last until the end of the season.

"We have taken measures to cope with the summer season, regarding the provision of the service you do that we have two important components, we have a tourism bubble, there are areas in the coastal cities, from Velipoja to Ksamil, which become multiple hosts of residents that make our service challenging. Extremely high temperatures will create technical problems, we have had this challenge in the last week. Measures have been taken to have the shortest disconnections.
