The Special Prosecutor's Office has issued several arrest warrants regarding the Tirana incinerator affair.
According to what is reported in the media, arrest warrants have been issued for Denisa Tollkuçin, Endrit Habilaj and Dashamir Ymeraj and three foreign citizens.
BKH and the Police are conducting checks. None of them have been arrested yet. It is expected that SPAK will come out with an official announcement.
We recall that in December 2023, SPAK issued 15 arrest warrants for the Tirana incinerator affair, of which 4 people were arrested and others are still being sought.
Among those arrested was the director of the mayor Erion Veliaj, Taulant Tushe.
Also, arrest warrants were issued for what SPAK has called the brains of the incinerators Mirel Mërtir and Klodian Zoton, who are also wanted internationally for the affairs in the two incinerators of Elbasan and Fier.
