The Special Court has left Xelal Rraja in jail, arrested two days ago, after he was wanted as part of the "Revanshi" operation.
According to SPAK, the brother of the former Socialist MP Rrahman Rraja was part of the groups of Durim Bami and Endri Dokles who attempted to kill Ndoka.
SPAK's investigations show that Arben Ndoka was scheduled to be executed in January 2021, when he went for coffee and coke on Elbasan Street, after a judge from Lezha had died.
Rraja is accused of providing the means for the murder of Arben Ndoka.
During the "Revanshi" operation, seven of the largest criminal groups in Albania were hit, with geographical extension in the main cities of the country.
In total, 50 arrest warrants were issued, and during the controls in the villas of the crime bosses, around 3 million euros in cash as well as gold and other assets, totaling 4.5 million euros, were found./CNA
