In his speech during the protest in front of the Prime Minister's Office, the head of the Democratic Party Sali Berisha stated that 83 percent of the remaining Albanians want to leave.

Berisha has raised the alarm that today we are facing an existential disaster and the gentle ethnic cleansing of Albania is happening thanks to Prime Minister Edi Rama.

 "No Albanian, apart from the thieves and traffickers of the Renaissance, has escaped without receiving wounds in his soul and mind from the decade of Edi Rama, the decade of the emptying of Albania. These wounds will forever remain marks on those who suffered them.

For many families, this wound has been a family member who would be alive today if the corruption of the Renaissance had not washed away their medicines. This wound will damage the health of 47 percent of Albanian children who are malnourished, worse than those in Rwanda.

This wound will harm the 15-year-olds who, according to PISA, have gone down to the end of the world for their creative thinking. This wound was a stolen property, political lynching from work, a bankrupt farm or business, where they had invested their efforts and the sweat of their whole lives.

It is the wound that young people have, that despite all their sacrifices, they can't even secure a bachelor's degree to start their lives.

This wound is as big as the sea for Albania, which sees itself emptied in 8 years of over 1 million of its sons and daughters. This crushing has killed their hope, extinguished every dream for Albania, and rightly so, how can hope be cultivated when cannot provide the medicines to save the children or the sick parent.

When it takes you 109 years to buy an apartment in Tirana. When you can't provide 3 meals for your child. Therefore, the only salvation remains mass departure from Albania. But as our people say, evil has no end.

Albania faces an even more existential threat, because 83 percent of the remaining Albanians want to leave. So, we are facing an existential catastrophe.
