Aleks Nika's wife in SPAK/ "I gave new facts, we will submit the audio another time"

For more than 3 hours, Rajmonda Nika, the wife of Aleks Nika, testified this Monday at SPAK regarding the case of January 21, where her husband was killed during the protest.

After leaving the Special Prosecutor's Office, Nika stopped talking to journalists where she also clarified the statement made a few days ago that she and Aleks Nika's uncle would hand over an audio tape proving who gave the order to fire a firearm at direction of the protesters.

"I gave clarifications and some new facts," she said.

Aleks Nika is one of the 4 people who lost their lives in the protest 13 years ago.

It was the Supreme Court that ordered the Special Prosecutor's Office to register the proceedings, as an obligation derived from the decision of the European Court of Human Rights./ CNA
