She said that the former mayor of Himara, Jorgo Goro, who is involved in this case, may be arrested.

"Actually, today's decision is not a surprise for the minister and her husband, it's been four days since the letters went. The officers have done their work, they have gone to the offices where Mrs. Xhaçka's husband works, they have made available all the material, they have asked for previous information on all the contracts that were received and all the letters that he had in relation to the investment he would make in the southern area of ??Himara. In fact, there is a construction there, where the foundations have been laid.

Apparently, according to the information we have, this land will be transferred to the state, it will be removed from Artan Gaçi as a strategic investor. The lawsuit filed by the arrested defendant Fredi Beleri was an index for SPAK's investigations, but all the documentation and information that SPAK has managed to collect so far have led to a scheme where Mr. Gaçi has benefited from this type of property in opposition to many laws.
