The Italian-Albanian gang is destroyed / Over 1 million euros and hundreds of kilograms of cannabis and cocaine are seized

The Italian police was able to destroy an Italian-Albanian drug trafficking gang.

15 people have been arrested by the police and are accused of producing and selling drugs, money laundering and illegal possession of weapons. 

During the police action in Bari and Bridisi , more than 1 million euros owned by this gang, 127 kilograms of cocaine and 142 kilograms of cannabis were seized. 

Among those arrested is the 30-year-old Albanian, Klisman Curraj, identified by the Italian media.

The investigations were carried out through the use not only of judicial police activities such as telephone interceptions, analysis of telephone data, but also examination of the content of messages exchanged on the encrypted platform "Sky Ecc".
