Kur do të shkojë Berisha në gjykatë?/ Çfarë thotë Ivi Kaso

Përfaqësuesi ligjor i Partisë Demokratike, Ivi Kaso ka bërë me dije se ish kryeministri Sali Berisha do të paraqitet në gjykatë kur ndaj tij do ketë një akuzë dhe kur të zbatohet Kushtetuta.

Kaso ka sqaruar se gjykata më parë duhet t’i drejtohet Kuvendit për autorizimin për ta marrë Berishën në pyetje.  

 “Berisha ka deklaruar qëndrimin e tij politik publikisht dhe nuk ka ndërmend t’i shmanget drejtësisë.

Ai është shprehur se do të përballen me gjykatën në momentin që ndaj meje do të ketë ndonjë akuzë. Sot jemi ende në momentin që nuk ka akuzë.

Ka thënë po ashtu se në momentin që ky proces do të hyjë në hollin kushtetues unë do të shkoj dhe do të jap llogari.

Neni 73 thotë që nuk mund të hiqet apo cënohet liria e një deputeti. Gjykata më parë duhet t’i drejtohet Kuvendit” tha Kaso./ CNA
