The global index is published/ Albania takes steps backwards in the rule of law

According to the WJP Rule of Law Index, Albania has taken steps backwards in terms of the rule of law.

Our country is ranked 91 out of 142 countries in the global ranking. As for the regional ranking, it ranks 10th out of 15 countries.

If we compare it with a year ago, there is a very big drop since in 2022 Albania was in 87th place out of 140 that were in the global ranking, while in the regional ranking it was in 10th place out of 14.

As for the other countries of the Western Balkans, CNA saw that they result in this ranking: Serbia in the 93rd place, North Macedonia in the 67th place, Montenegro in the 57th place, Kosovo in the 57th place, Bosnia and Herzegovina in the 75th place.

As for the countries that are listed at the top of the list, Denmark is in first place, Norway is in second place, while Finland is in third place, followed by Sweden, Germany, Luxembourg, etc.

According to the data made public, there is also a ranking according to issues or factors.
