Emigration slows down, requests for asylum from Albanian citizens in the EU drop by 32% for the 8th month

Journalist and analyst Armand Shkullaku has stated that SPAK has two standards of investigation, referring to the Partizani file on the one hand and the incinerator file on the other.
In the show Opinion with Blendi Fevziu, Shkullaku said that Albanians pay 29 euros/ton for waste, while there are no incinerators in Tirana.
On the other hand, it meant that Rama directs SPAK, as it is possible that all the names that have come out recently, such as Ahmetaj, or Blako or Koka, were dismissed before the scandal broke and ended up in the net of justice.
" Spak does not see it, 29 euros are paid, there is no incinerator, he does not control the procedures.
For me, there are two standards of investigation.
There is a guarantee that SPAK does not go to the procedures for today's scandals. He has guarantees that he gives to SPAK which do not disrupt his work. He says eat Ahmetaj, Bllakon, Kokën.
He knows that before it is Lefteri's turn, he knows that it is Ahmetaj's turn and he is fired, he knows that it is Xhaçka's turn and he is fired," Shkullaku said./ CNA
