Race for the head of the BKH/ The Image and Wealth Purity Commission meets

The Image and Wealth Purity Commission meets for the race for the head of the BKH.

This commission is composed of two SPAK prosecutors, Behar Dibra and Eneid Nakuçi, the head of the Appeals Chamber of the Kosovo Criminal Court, Saida Dollani, and two BKH agents, part of the Commission.

The 7 candidates have submitted all the required documentation at the beginning of the competition and have expressed their approval for asset control to be exercised on them and their families.

The 7 candidates will be drawn by lot to determine the rapporteur from the members of the Commission who will deal with each of the candidates.

On September 1, the High Prosecutorial Council will communicate the end of the mandate of Aida Hajnaj, who has held the position of director of the BKH for 5 years, and until the selection and submission of the name proposed by SPAK, the BKH will be led by the deputy director of this Bureau, Joni Keta, who is also a candidate to take over./ CNA
