"Partizani" case/ A former president and a former minister testify in

Today's court session on the "Partizani" case at the Special Court has concluded. Jamarbër Malltezi spoke to the media outside the Special Court, where he provided details about the conduct of the session. 

Malltezi also announced that former president Bamir Topi and former minister Fatmir Mediu are expected to testify at the next session in two weeks.

"There were two witnesses today, both correct. Two elements emerged there, that the privatization process has lasted more than four years and this refutes one of the prosecution's falsifications, which was said that the process was done quickly. Secondly, another element emerged, they cannot name another process that has cost more than this one. Two elements, two falsehoods that we refuted today. I believe that in two weeks, former president Bamir Topi, former minister Fatmir Mediu and former director Urim Muja will come. Edi Rama will be our witness, and not the prosecution's. When his turn comes, we will question him," said Malltezi.

The next session is scheduled to be held on July 20, at 11:00. /CNA
