EKSKLUZIVE/ Zbardhet vendimi për sekuestrimin e pronës së bashkëshortit të Olta Xhaçkës në Palasë

CNA ka siguruar vendimin e Gjykatës së Posaçme të Shkallës së Parë për sekuestrimin e pasurisë së Artan Gaçit, bashkëshortit të ish-ministres së Jashtme, Olta Xhaçka. 

Sekuestrimi i pronës në Palasë është kërkuar nga prokurori Ols Dado dhe është marrë vendimi nga gjyqtarja Rudina Palloj më 28 shtator të këtij viti. 

Në vendim saktësohet se është vendosur "sekuestro preventive" mbi pasurinë e paluajthsme të identifikuar si pasuria në regjistrin hipotekor numër 83 datë 26.02.2020, në emër të shoqërisë "AG.TCC" sh.p.k, në zonën kadastrale numër 1739 me sipërfaqe 5512 m2 me përshkrimin në regjistër "një sipërfaqe tokë arë në vendin me emërtimin popullor 'Gjilek-Perivolo'". 

Kujtojmë se Gaçi u mor në pyetje nga SPAK-u pak javë më parë, konkretisht më 6 tetor. Ai u thirr pas kallëzimit të kryer nga Fredi Beleri ndaj kryetarit në detyrë të Bashkisë Himarë, Jorgo Goro.
