In today's session, Petrit Qoli, taken as a defendant by the Special Prosecution, gave his testimony.

During the hearing, Qoli shared details about his family's activities, while stating that he was unaware of the problems with justice that his brother Festim Qoli had.

Qoli also recounted how two sensational murders were committed some time ago.

Pokorori: Where did you find this money?

Qoli: From fishing, I always had a boat. I have a brother who I lost, Festim Qoli. And a sister, Rezana Qoli.

Prosecutor: While you were fishing, what did your brother do?

Qoli: Më tha dyshon se mos ngaqë jemi ftohur. Pasi Festimi i ka dërguar kontratën, tha që Fatmira u qetësua. E shkreta. Rahmet të ketë.

Prokurori: Si është vrarë Ervisi si e zbulove?

Qoli: Ma thanë njerëzit.

Prokurori: Cilët njerëz? Sa njerëz?

Petrit Qoli: Vëllai ma ka thënë, Festimi.

Prokurori: Kush e vrau Fatmira Habilajn?
