The head of the PR, Fatmir Mediu, has requested in the Assembly that the Constitution and procedures be respected regarding the voting on the draft law "On the ratification of the accession agreement of the Republic of Albania, represented by Prime Minister Edi Rama, to the Charter of the Peace Board".

He said that if the Constitution and procedure are not respected, it is not known whether there will be a parliament anymore.

"Let's respect the constitution. This is an issue beyond our desire. If we continue like this, we don't know whether we will have a parliament or not."

"We all agree on security issues, but we do not agree on not respecting the Constitution and procedures. That way, a day will come when you will come and propose Edi Rama with Begaj's mandate to become king of this country and then you will approve it, the king has gone crazy and then we will all come out to say long live the king.
