Balluk's Case in the Constitutional Court/ Government Representative: His

Government representative Herald Jonuzaj, in today's session at the Constitutional Court on the suspension of Balluk, also spoke about the measure of detention abroad.

Jonuzaj said that regarding this measure, there should be an individual complaint and not from the government.

Further, focusing on the immunity of ministers, the government representative stated that in the Constitution, the immunity of the deputy and that of the ministry are equal.

Jonuzaj said that a lower rate cannot establish a difference between the immunity of a deputy and a minister.

 

"It should be an individual complaint regarding the ban on leaving the country."

"The Constitution has established equality between the immunity of the deputy and the minister. A lower norm cannot establish a difference between these. It cannot expand the immunity granted by the Constitution. And the deputy cannot be limited in his freedom to exercise his profession ," said the government representative.
