Confrontation in the Constitutional Court for Balluk/Representative of the Council of Ministers: Competences have been violated

The legal representative of the Council of Ministers, Herald Jonuzaj, stated in the session at the Constitutional Court that the imposition of the security measure against Balluk violated the powers of the Council of Ministers.

Jonuzaj further asked the question: are security measures limited or can they be imposed on anyone?

"We have come before the Constitutional Court because we have violated the powers of the Council of Ministers. We have extensively addressed the violation of the powers of the Council of Ministers. So a branch of the functioning apparatus of the Council of Ministers has been violated by this measure.

"The question is, are security measures unlimited? Can they be imposed on anyone or is there a limitation in the Constitution?" Jonuzaj said./ CNA
