Dosja “Partizani”/ Avokatët e Malltezit çojnë në Apelin e GJKKO-së shtesën e ankimimit

Avokatët e Jamarbër Malltezit çojnë në Apelin GJKKO shtesën e ankimimit për shuarjen e masës së sigurisë arrest me burg sa i përket çështjes "Partizani".

Më herët kërkesa për shuarjen e masës së sigurisë është refuzuar dy herë.

Jamarbër Malltezi është akuzuar nga Prokuroria e Posaçme për vepra penale të korrupsionit për çështjen e privatizimit të ish-klubit sportiv “Partizani”.

Nga ana tjetër ish kryeministri Sali Berisha i ka cilësuar si një sulm politik akuzat ndaj tij dhe Malltezit.

Përmes avokatëve të tij, Berisha ka nisur gjithashtu një betejë ligjore për t'i rrëzuar vendimet e Gjykatës si të kundraligjshme, duke argumentuar se masat ndaj tij ishin vendosur në shkelje të Kushtetutës.

Kujtojmë se, avokatët mbrojtës të Berishës kanë kërkuar përjashtimin e gjyqtares Irena Gjoka, kërkesë e cila është refuzuar./ CNA
