The prosecution has sent a letter to the CEC, informing them that the mayor of Kuçova, Kreshnik Hajdari, has been convicted in Greece.
According to the final decision by the Court of First Instance in Ioannina, it is said that Kreshnik Hajdar was sentenced to 4 months in prison, a sentence which was converted into a fine of 1500 drachmas, decision taken on June 23, 1999.
Thus, Hajdari did not declare that he was previously convicted in the decriminalization process.
