Dozens of reasons why you shouldn't work with Alfred Peza in RTSH

Consecutive scandals, departures and mass resignations are happening in Albanian Radio and Television.

From the abuses of poor Albanian taxpayers' money, from Alfred Peza's flight from work at the whim of Alfred Peza, RTSH has turned into an institution where employees are treated as slaves, exploited to the last point.

One of the RTSH employees, the head of the Assembly Sector, Denada Sadiku Beqiri, is the next to be forced to resign from her job due to circumstances, slander and fraud.

The employee listed one by one the reasons that led to her immediate resignation from the den of slander and fraud that RTSH has become.

In her resignation, Denada Sadiku Beqiri states that she refuses to work with incompetent superiors, who do not even have 1 month of work on television, with those who feel inferior and attack anyone who comes their way.

In fact, her resignation shows only part of what CNA has long denounced, that Alfred Peza throws able people on the streets, mothers of children with autism who most need to work.

Alfred Peza has turned RTSH into a factory, an institution where employees are treated as slaves, where colleagues are sold because they are favored and have privileges.

Denada's resignation showed nothing but what the CNA has been shouting loudly for a long time and much more than that.

I, Denada Sadiku Beqiri, Head of the Assembly Sector, resign with immediate effect from my job at RTSh.

I give this resignation forced by the constant pressure at work. From facing consecutive slander and fraud. Within a month, I appeared twice before a worthless commission, where every argument I gave was neither heard nor taken into account. I feel under pressure, disappointed and insulted because two unfair decisions have been made against me within a few days.

I resign because:

1-I refuse to work with incompetent superiors.

2-I refuse to work with superiors who do not have even 1 month of experience working in television.

3-I refuse to work with superiors who feel inferior and attack anyone who thinks differently than them.

4-I refuse to work with superiors who do not see television as a place where art is made but as fashion.

5-I refuse to work with superiors who see subordinates as slaves but not as collaborators.

6-I refuse to work with people who "sell" their colleagues for some more privileges.

7-I temporarily refuse to work in this Rtsh hall, with the hope that things will definitely change and our paths may cross again.

8-That day when Rtsh shines on the screen and not in cold corridors.

9-That day when Rtsh becomes great with deeds but not with words.

10-I refuse to walk at "200 per hour" when the direction is downhill.
