Çela raporton në KLP: Kemi mungesë të theksuar të prokurorëve

Prokurori i Përgjithsëm, Olsian Çela gjatë raportimit të tij në KLP, theksoi se ka një mungesë me 38% të numrit të prokurorëve. 

Ai theksoi se në në vitin 2023, numri faktik i prokurorëve në prokuroritë e juridiksionit të përgjithshëm ka qenë 198. 

"Në vitit 2023 numri faktik i prokurorëve në prokuroritë e juridiksionit të përgjithshëm ka qenë 198 (përfshirë dhe emërimet në korrik të 26 magjistratëve të rinj). Ky tregues evidenton strukturën faktike me 62% të prokurorëve kundrejt numrit organik prej 321 prokurorësh dhe mungesën e 38 % të numrit të prokurorëve. Në këtë vështrim, gjendja e numrit faktik të prokurorëve sipas niveleve të prokurorive ka qenë: - 177  prokurorë në prokuroritë pranë gjykatave të shkallës së parë, ose 101 prokurorë më pak krahasuar me numrin organik (64 % e strukturës organike); 10 prokurorë në prokurorinë pranë Gjykatës të Apelit të Juridiksionit të Përgjithshëm ose 16 prokuror më pak krahasur me numrin organik (38 % e strukturës organike) dhe 11 prokurorë në Prokurorinë e Përgjithshme ose 6 prokurorë më pak se numri organik (65 % e strukturës organike)", u shpreh ai./CNA
