The political leader of PD in Tirana, Belind Kelliçi, has denounced that Klodian Zoto's company paid 1.6 million euros to a tourist agency.

Kelliçi has stated that the tourist agency "One Explorer" belongs to the citizen Juventin Çere, who was previously arrested for fraud.

"Now we all know how the prestanoms, Klodian Zoto and Mirel Mertiri, under the orders of the de facto owner of the Tirana Incinerator Erion Veliaj, set up a scheme to steal and disappear state budget money, sometimes using pensioners and sometimes not saving not even the dead.

The Tourist Agency 'ONE EXPLORER', owned by the citizen Juventin Cere, who turns out to have been previously arrested for fraud, has benefited from millions of euros in payments from the ghost incinerator of Tirana.

Integrated Technology Services, owned by Zoto, has paid a full 105,682,680 ALL or about 1 million euros to this tourist agency.
