Deputy Ina Zhupa has nailed the vice president of the Investigative Commission for Health, Plarent Ndreca.
She was asked if she is in a conflict of interest as she was a lawyer for one of the accused in the Health concession.
"Is there a conflict of interest? Was the lawyer of one of the accused in the Health concession"? Zhupa addressed him.
On the other hand, Ndreca responded by saying that if there is a conflict of interest, he has the professional capacity to judge for himself. He stated that he did not defend the accused in every procedural step, but only in a procedure that is not related to the concession.
"If there is a conflict, I have the capacity to judge it myself, there is no need for you to tell me. I did not defend him in every procedural step, but only in an unrelated procedure", said Ndreca./ CNA
