The chairperson of the Health Commission, Zheni Gjergji, has reacted after the dismissal of the head of QSUT, Albana Fico.

Gjergji points out that these are half-measures for show, since after 7 weeks of silence and darkness after the fire on February 11, the government decided to remove Fico.

According to her, what the government should show is what happened and why it happened, since it is responsible for the money wasted.

"Since the first day, when the Emergency Department of the Health and Safety Authority was engulfed in flames, where an investment of 17 million euros of Albanian taxpayers was destroyed, we have raised our voices and demanded investigation, transparency and responsibility before the law.

After several weeks of silence and darkness, the government decided to remove the head of the QSUT.

These are half measures for the show.

The government should show what happened, why it happened, how that situation was not properly managed?

The government is responsible for the money wasted, and especially for the cost that this has brought to the health of the citizens, given that the Emergency has not been working for months now.

This flagrant case of irresponsibility shows the real relationship that the renaissance has with health, where affairs and scandals aim to fade with 'show' and propaganda.
