ARRSH confirms CNA: Traffic for all vehicles on the Librazhd-Prrenjas axis

The Albanian Road Authority has confirmed to CNA that today at 12:00, traffic will be restored for all vehicles, including heavy tonnage vehicles, but respecting 8.2 tons per axle, on the Librazhd-Prrenjas axis.

The circulation will be carried out through a temporary diversion, built next to the previous existing position, until the full realization of the alternative route, already made public, on the Shkumbin riverbed and integrated with the railway body.

The segment will operate with construction site signage and, temporarily, will be unpaved until the layers stabilize, after which the final paving will be carried out.

"Today, 03.03.2026, at 12:00, traffic will resume for all vehicles, including heavy tonnage, but respecting the 8.2-ton load per axle, on the Librazhd-Prrenjas axis.
