CEFTA Customs Administrations, Technical Agreement on an Electronic System

The customs administrations in the CEFTA economic systems have found agreement at a technical level with the Draft Decision on the creation of an electronic system that facilitates the joint management of risk related to the trade of goods between them.

This technical agreement on the electronic system was reached at the meeting held in Budva, Montenegro.

The implementation of the decision will enable the definition and elaboration in practice of a regional approach for a common risk management, which will bring advantages in the targeting of high risk.

Këto sisteme synojnë të përshpejtojnë zhdoganimin dhe formalitetet në kufi, në dobi të bizneseve.

Shkëmbimi i informacionit lidhur me riskun ndërmjet administratave doganore të CEFTA-s është ende në një fazë fillestare.

Pasi vendimi të miratohet, do të krijohet një bazë të dhënash, ku do të indentifikohen parregullsitë, në funksion të menaxhimit të riskut dhe shkëmbimit të të dhënave për profilet e riskut brenda CEFTA-s, si dhe prodhimin e sinjalizimeve doganore të shpejta dhe raporteve të inspektimit brenda CEFTA-s.

Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH është autorizuar nga Komisioni Evropian dhe Ministria Federale Gjermane për Bashkëpunim Ekonomik dhe Zhvillim (BMZ) për zbatimin e projektit “Mbështetje për Integrimin Ekonomik Rajonal”.
