Përçarësit e PD-së, të enjten e kaluar u bashkuan me socialistët për votuar ligjin për hapjen e dosjeve.
Por, sipas avokatit Spartak Ngjela, ligji i dosjeve nuk u votua nga ata që kishin frikë.
“I kap ligji i dosjeve. Pse nuk ishin në sallë. Ligjin duhet ta kishin bërë ata kur ishin në pushtet. Ligji nëse nuk është i tëri në objekt nuk vlen.
Erdhi ligji i dosjeve, ca i hapën ca si hapën. Ato që nuk u hapën u bën ministra. Presidenti që i kishte në dorë pse i la? Këta nuk dinë të korrigjojnë gabimin e tyre. Kur ligji nuk funksionon bëhet shkak për diktaturë”- tha Ngjela në Eueonews./CNA.al
