Divided teachers / "Some rectors and deans who are holding anti-rallies

The teachers have continued the boycott of lessons today and are again protesting for the fulfillment of their demands that they have listed since the first day they made the decision to start the protests.

The head of the Teachers' Union, Sandër Kovaçi, has stated that this is not a student protest, but the importance of students in the faculty must be increased.

Kovvaci says that the value of the student vote for election to the University Councils will increase from 10% to 20% and that the voting process at the university should be away from nepotism and not resemble political campaigns.

“Derisa të marrin udhë plotësimi i kërkesave të profesoriatit dërguar autoriteteve. Procesi i ndjekjes së peticionit e protestat kanë nxjerrë në dritë nevojën për një platformë të re universitare. Nesër në orën 11 do të jetë një forum i gjerë me Profesoratin, pedagogë, studentë, aktivistë, gazetarë. Ditë e rëndësishme për të përfshirë idetë e zgjeruara të këtij grupimi, do jepet në forum përmbledhje e ideve që do përfshihen më pas në një platformë të re të universiteteve. Bojkot i përgjithshëm i mësimit dhe pjesëmarrje e përgjithshme në këtë Forum.
Ata që nuk kan pasur disiplinë tërë viteve japin mësim sot. Qëllimi kryesor është rritja e disiplinës. Dekanët po mbledhin njerëzit për ti kërkuar mungesat. Do jenë para gjykimit të plotë të profesoratit pas dy vitesh. Vota nuk do manipulohet më. Do kërjkojmë që përfshirja e studentëve në votim të jetë minimumi 20 përqind”, u shpreh ai.

Një tjetër pedagog mori fjalën dhe u shpreh se disa rektorë po bëjnë anti-mitingje me Ministrinë e Arsimit, për të shuar kështu protestën e pedagogëve. Në emër të sindikatës dhe të pedagogëve të tjerë pjesëmarrës në protesta ai u shpreh se sindikata, pedagogët e jo vetëm po shikon çdo lëvizje të tyre.
