Tensions in the Security Commission/ The opposition tries to "clash"

The Security Committee started with debates today. The director of the Police, Muhamet Rrumbullaku, was invited to this commission to speak about the cyber attack on the TIMS system on September 8.

Members of the opposition provoked tensions by opening the case of Lear Kurti and at this moment the debate started.

PD deputy, Ferdinand Xhaferraj, has asked the director of the State Police, Muhamet Rrumbullaku, to answer for the death of 32-year-old Lear Kurti.

"We cannot act as if nothing happened. We cannot continue in this form. What happened is very serious", said Xhaferraj.

Deputy Xhemal Qefaliu intervened saying that today they have another topic to talk about.

"Today we are lucky that the head of the police comes himself, not like in your time, when the deputy director or a director of a department came at best. Today we have another topic, we call it again", said Qefalia.

The Director of the State Police, Muhamet Rrumbullaku said that he will respond to the case of Lear Kurti within 48 hours.

 "I am ready to appear within 48 hours to give explanations for Kurt. Secondly, for the Rasha issue, I give all the necessary explanations. I would beg you, that not everything that is disseminated by the media for the opinion, is true, real and related to the investigations of justice. Respect the work, sweat and blood of the organization that gives for the Republic of Albania", said Rrumbullaku./CNA.al
