Në ceremoni është mbajtur po ashtu një minutë heshtje për ndarjen nga jeta të ish-kryebashkiakut të Elbasanit, Qazim Sejdini.
Gjatë fjalës së tij, Sekretari i Përgjithshëm i PS-së, Bledi Klosi është shprehur se PS është gati për betejat e radhës dhe se do të jenë më të fortë për të siguruar mandatin e katërt.
“PS vjen e fortë e përgatitur për të fituar shumë gara të ardhshme elektorale”, u shpreh Klosi ndër të tjera.
