A new European local traffic regime for the border areas of Albania and Kosovo starts today.

The two interior ministers, Balla and Sveçla, will inaugurate today the implementation of the Agreement between Albania and Kosovo.

With this agreement, a new European local traffic regime for the border areas of Albania and Kosovo will start from today.

There will be procedures for issuing local traffic permits for residents of the residential centers of the border area, Kukës, Has and Tropoja, (up to 30 km distance from both sides of the land border of both countries) according to the relevant protocol.

This is very good news, especially for Kukësi, Hasi and Tropoja.
