The Special Court has confiscated the assets of Denis Matoshi (Eldi Dizdari), who is wanted internationally for cocaine trafficking.

Dizdar's land, bank accounts, apartments and business units have been confiscated.

Notification:

The Special Prosecutor's Office against Corruption and Organized Crime, based on law No. 10 192, dated 03.12.2009, as amended, "On preventing and combating organized crime, trafficking and corruption through preventive measures against property", has presented to the Court of the First Degree for Corruption and Organized Crime, the request for the confiscation of the assets of the subject Denis Matoshi (Eldi Dizdari), who turns out to be wanted internationally by Interpol Rome/Italy, after the Court of Florence/Italy with Decision no. . 9065/15 RGNR 56909/19 RG GIP, dated 25.11.2019, assigned to him the security measure "Arrest with prison", for the commission of the criminal offense "Criminal organization with the aim of trafficking narcotics in large quantities", provided by the criminal legislation of the Republic of Italy.

According to the data sent by the Italian mail order, it turns out that, from 2015 onwards, the criminal organization to which the citizen Denis Matoshi belongs, has trafficked cocaine in several cases.

At the end of the trial, the Special Court of First Instance for Corruption and Organized Crime, with Decision no. 34, dated 22.12.2023, decided, among other things, the confiscation and transfer in favor of the state, of the assets as follows:

- Property of the type "Unit", located in Cadastral Area no. 8160, "Bajram Curri" Street, Tirana, with total 198.1m2, owned by citizen Denis Matoshi;
- Property of the type "Garage", located in Cadastral Area no. 8160, "Bajram Curri" Street, Tirana, with total 14.3m2, owned by citizen Denis Matoshi;
- "Truall" property, with an area of ??5269 m2, Cadastral Zone no. 8160, "Dervish Hima" street, Tirana, tax lot 2163/30000, owned by citizen Denis Matoshi, property that is co-owned.
- The right of the citizen Denis Matoshi, to benefit from the expropriation value from the Special Commission for Expropriation for the expropriation of the property with no. 6/380, Cadastral Zone no. 8160, "Dervish Hima" street, as a co-owner in this property in taxable portion 120005/1680000, with a preliminary expropriation value of ALL 8,180,125.82.
-The amount of money of 40,000 (forty thousand) Euros, deposited in the notary's bank account;
-The property located in Cadastral Zone no. 8310, "Gjergj Legisi" Street, Tirana, of the "Apartment" type with total 65.32m2, owned by the citizen B.Sh.;
