Four scandals and accusations, that Ben Blushi can’t hide

Former politician, journalist turned in a television manager, Ben Blushi, has recently been concerned about a series of strong reactions and denunciations in the media about him and his fortune. He is very concerned, and wants to tell the public that Ben Blushi, a man who has had no executive responsibility for the lats 17 years, is being unjustly attacked.

But the media report about him, and CNA.al has published dozens of facts in recent weeks and months, regarding his wealth, which has dizzying values. First, Ben Blushi must learn that the fact that he withdrew from politics and did not have an executive role, does not mean that he did not commit deeds and misfortunes.

He committed some corrupt affairs when he was only an MP, or when he was not like that at all. You don?t have to be in the executive. It?s enough to be just the general director of Top Channel, and the executive serves to you.

There is a property registered in Dhërmi, with an area of about 6 thousand square meters a few weeks ago? This is an indictment against Ben Blushi. Where did he find the money to buy that land? What is the value? Is there forgery and manipulation?

Why are accused other businessmen, who have been building in Dhërmi for decades, such as the case of Pandi Carapuli. It?s not the case when the executive is put in the service of Ben Blushi, even though he is not executive?

It?s enough to receive the letters, which according to some information, CNA.al has learned that with the direct intervention of the Prime Minister, that forged property registration is unrecognized.

In the second case, without being at all in the government, Ben Blushi attacked several times ALUIZN-i, the Asset Registration Offices. And what we discovered? Almost two thousand square meters of land in Dardha of Korça, registered in his name.

After a house bought about 20 years ago, Ben Blushi gets into a conflict, and takes from the owners almost two thousand square meters of land, with legalization, with executive procedures, always. This is the second charge.

The third accusation filed against Ben Blushi, which is very embarrassing for him, is a property with a fortune of about 500 million lek (about 400.000 euro) in the center of Korça, registered in the name of his daughter, bought for only 25.000 euros.

Meanwhile, there is another transaction of his ex-father-in-law, who has made an exchange of property also in this object. Almost in the same trading environment, for a value of almost 250.000 euros, an exchange of property.

This third, this is a fact that openly compromises Ben Blushi. And it is enough to have a serious prosecutor who investigates his property, and this guy who is no longer in the executive, but is now an important manager who seizes property from Dardha to Dhërmi, go where it does not expect.

These are the three scandalous cases of the former politician Ben Blushi, which we have mentioned endlessly, and we will continue to denounce them, until the day that SPAK opens the investigation.

And in case they don?t act as the law gives them the competence, so starting the investigation mainly, we will be the ones who will collect the file, sign it, seal it and take it to where it belongs to Ben Blushi, and any other Arben who seeks to walk on his own being in the executive, but that actually ?jumps? endlessly having no state duty.

The fourth, equally flagrant case of a corrupt connection, is a palace built in the center of Tirana. In this case, a businessman who is in a lawsuit with the family of Ben Blushi, accuses directly the former politician, that he is the one who personally made the agrement, and for this issue he wrote a letter to the American Embassy.

But on the other hand, the case is in court. It is a fortune of at least about 5 million dollars.

These are four very important points that Ben Blushi, from the beginning to the end, has made by not being in the executive.

In fact, the man who claims that he has not benefited from anything since 2005, has not been in the direction of the state, has been an MP until 2017. He was paid from taxpayers money, he was the chairman of the parliamentary group of the Socialist Party.

Then he founded a party and failed, because today we could have him as a deputy in the Albanian parliament. And now he laments that at least these four deeds and his woes, which may bring him in front of justice, he says he didn?t do when he had executive duties.

This is the case when a boot thief, a man who abuses with properties without having an executive duty, is a politician, a media manager, who puts them in the service of his personal enrichment.

The case is very significant. You can be a minister for a while, or you can become an MP, you can also become a television director, grab what you can from Dhërmi to Dardha, and Korça and then go out saying:?I left, I stole what I stole, they are just mine!?.

You may have run away from state duties, but your assets are there, the abuses are there, and you have to take responsibility for them. There is no television and media that protects it. The truth is one and only one. He has been caught stealing openly, throught the abuse of property and large sums of money.

The legal justifications for 272 deeds, you have to go and explain to the prosecutor?s office. On the other hand, regarding the image that you think is being attacked, these denunciations are just the beginning. Today, we have left aside some others? thing, like those of incinerators, or the abolition of the visa from the US embassy in Tirana, etc. etc.

Albanians will learn them even better.
