Women's volleyball/ Tirana wins the title, Skënderbeu falls

Tirana has secured the women's volleyball championship title for the 2024-2025 season, defeating Skënderbeu in the third game of the championship final.

 The challenge held at the "Tamara Nikolla" sports palace in Korça ended with a score of 1-3 in favor of the capital team, who thus secured their third consecutive success in the series and the championship title without the need for additional matches.

With this loss, Skënderbeu closes a season where the objective announced at the beginning was not achieved. The Korça team failed to win any of the final matches and leaves the impression of a decline in performance compared to the expectations and official statements made at the beginning of the championship.

Moreover, Tirana managed to triumph twice in Korça, after having also won the Albanian Cup in the same sports palace.
