Skandali i basteve në Turqi, nën hetim edhe klubet

Presidenti i Federatës Turke të Futbollit, Ibrahim Ethem Haciosmanoglu, njoftoi se hetimi për skandalin e basteve do të zgjerohet edhe ndaj klubeve.

Deri tani janë pezulluar rreth 150 arbitra dhe asistentë pas zbulimit të përfshirjes së tyre në baste. Janë arrestuar tetë persona, përfshirë një president klubi, ndërsa mbi 1.000 lojtarë janë pezulluar nga të gjitha ligat.

Ndeshjet në kategoritë e dyta dhe të treta janë ndërprerë për dy javë. Federata turke po bashkëpunon me UEFA-n dhe Interpolin për hetimin.
Autoritetet po ndjekin gjithashtu shtetas turq të dyshuar për baste të paligjshme jashtë vendit, në Mal të Zi, Qipro dhe Gjeorgji.
