How much is the championship title worth in Albania, the club fills the "coffers"

The team that will be declared champion of Albania after the "Final 4" phase will secure not only the trophy, but also significant financial income from UEFA.

In addition to the 10 million new lek prize for the championship title, the winning club will also benefit from participation in European competitions. According to UEFA's financial scheme, each team receives 175 thousand euros for each qualifying round in which it participates.

If the Albanian champion is eliminated in the first round of the Champions League, it advances to the second round of the Conference League and secures another 175 thousand euros. In the event of elimination at this stage, UEFA awards an additional bonus of 350 thousand euros.

Additionally, the national champion also receives a 260,000 euro bonus for not qualifying for the group stage of European competitions.

In total, even in the minimum scenario, an Albanian club can collect around 960 thousand euros from participation in Europe. Meanwhile, the other teams participating in the Conference League also secure significant financial income from participation and elimination bonuses alone.
