Midfielder passes away after World Cup, sad reason revealed

World football has been shocked by the news that former South African midfielder Jayden Adams has passed away at the age of 25.

The tragic news was confirmed by his family, while initial suspicions were related to a suicide as a result of the depression from which the player was suffering.

Adams was part of his national team at the World Cup, where he played in three matches throughout the tournament. In his career with the national team, he recorded a total of nine appearances and scored one goal.

The midfielder had an early acquaintance with Partizan player Rowan Human, with whom they were the same age and had faced each other often during their time playing in the South African championship.
