The Albanian Football Federation launches the "Club in the Community"


The Football Federation has launched the "Club in the Community" Program, a new initiative that aims to strengthen the connection between football clubs and the communities where they operate, contributing to improving the clubs' public image and increasing fan engagement.

Through this program, the Albanian Football Association aims to support clubs in creating a more structured and sustainable communication with fans, families, schools, sports academies and other local stakeholders. The program will also encourage the organization of concrete activities that bring football closer to the community and increase attendance at stadiums.

In the first phase of implementation, AFF representatives will hold individual meetings with clubs to identify the needs, opportunities and priorities of each club, with the aim of drafting concrete action plans during the sports season.

The "Club in the Community" program aims to strengthen the role of clubs as institutions that contribute not only in the sporting aspect, but also in social, educational and community development, creating stronger bridges of cooperation with the public and the younger generations.

With this initiative, the Football Federation continues its commitment to the development of football at all levels, bringing it ever closer to the community.
