The Disciplinary Commission in the AFL revealed the decisions taken regarding the events that took place in Albanian football.

The player of Egnatia, Sebastian Spahiu, has been punished with 3 matches due to the provocation of the fans of Erzen. Meanwhile, the Shijakas club has been fined 300,000 lek for the incorrect behavior of their fans. Fines have also been imposed for Tirana, Skënderbeu and Lushnja.

DISCIPLINE DECISIONS:

1. FK Erzeni, for the wrong behavior of the spectators causing a lack of order and discipline in the stadium, insulting and insulting the players of the opposing team, based on articles 13/2/b and 17/2/h of the KDE, is punished with fine in the amount of 300,000 (three hundred thousand) ALL.
2. The player of KF Egnatia, Sebastian Spahiu, for provoking the spectators, based on article 14/1/f of KDE, is punished with 3 (three) matches suspension from activities.
3. KF Tirana, for the wrong behavior of the spectators, throwing objects on the field of play and the use of pyrotechnic devices, based on articles 17/2/b and 17/2/c of ??the KDE, is punished with a fine of 100,000 ( one hundred thousand) lek.
4. KF Skënderbeu, for wrong behavior of spectators, lighting flares and throwing objects on the field of play, based on articles 17/2/b and 17/2/c of ??KDE, is punished with a fine of 100,000 (one hundred thousand) lek.
5. KF Lushnja, for the wrong behavior of the spectators, by throwing things on the field of play, based on article 17/2/c of ??KDE, is punished with a fine of 50,000 (fifty thousand) ALL. According to article 76/1/a of KDE, the fine is applied at the rate of 50%.
6. The player of KF Besa, Skerdian Perja, for violent behavior towards opposing players, based on article 14/1/h of KDE, is punished with 3 (three) match suspension from the activity.
7. The official of KS Besëlidhja, Xjulio Ndoka, for unsportsmanlike behavior towards the match officials, based on article 14/1/j of KDE, is punished with 4 (four) matches suspension from the activity. Pursuant to article 6/2/c of ??the KDE, the official is prohibited from entering all stadiums, sports activities organized by the AFL, until the end of the sentence.
8. KS Besëlidhja, for the wrong behavior of the spectators, throwing things on the field of play, based on article 17/2/c of ??KDE, is punished with a fine in the amount of 100,000 (one hundred thousand) ALL. According to article 76/1/b of KDE, the fine is applied at the rate of 20%.
9. KF Murlani, for not taking measures to fulfill the obligations and regulations of the activity, based on article 8/1 of KDE, is punished with a fine in the amount of 50,000 (fifty thousand) ALL. According to article 76/1/b of KDE, the fine is applied at the rate of 20%.
10. The player of FK Labëria, Da Silva Rocha Anderson, for unsportsmanlike behavior towards the match officials, based on article 14/1/j of the KDE, is punished with 4 (four) match suspension from activities.
11. KF Erzeni U-15, for the activation of a player who did not have the right to play in the valid match of the First U-15 Category, against Atletik Klub U-15, based on articles 19/2 and 19/4 /a of KDE, loses the table match with the result 3-0.
12. KF Egnatia U-19, for non-fulfillment of obligations and responsibilities causing the abandonment of the valid match of the Second Inter-Regional Category, against KF Tirana U-19, based on article 16/1 of KDE, is punished with a fine of 100,000 (one hundred thousand) lek and loses the match on the table with the result 3-0. According to article 76/1/e of KDE, the fine is applied at the rate of 3%.
13. The player of FC Fushë Kruja U-19, Alesio Kabali, for unsportsmanlike behavior towards the match officials, based on article 14/1/j of KDE, is punished with 4 (four) match suspension from activities.
14. FC Fushë Kruja U-19 player, Destan Sulku, for unsportsmanlike behavior towards match officials, based on Article 14/1/j of KDE, is punished with 4 (four) matches suspension from activities.
15. The player of FC Fushë Kruja U-19, Elton Koci, for unsportsmanlike behavior towards the match officials, based on article 14/1/j of the KDE, is punished with 4 (four) matches suspension from activities.
16. The FC Fushë Kruja U-19 player, Gersi Maloku, for unsportsmanlike behavior towards the match officials, based on Article 14/1/j of the KDE, is punished with 6 (six) match suspension from activities.
17. The player of FC Fushë Kruja U-19, Elvis Farruku, for unsportsmanlike behavior towards the match officials, based on article 14/1/j of KDE, is punished with 6 (six) matches suspension from activities.
18. The player of FC Fushë Kruja U-19, Klajdi Hidaj, for threatening the match officials, based on Article 14/1/k of the KDE, is punished with 10 (ten) matches suspension from activities.
19. The player of FC Fushë Kruja U-19, Erlind Maloku, for attacking the match officials, based on Article 14/1/l of KDE, is punished with 15 (fifteen) matches suspension from activities.
20. The player of FC Fushë Kruja U-19, Irsild Kasmi, for attacking the match officials, based on Article 14/1/l of KDE, is punished with 15 (fifteen) matches suspension from activities.
21. KF Lushnja U-19, for not taking measures to fulfill the obligations and regulations of the activity, based on article 8/1 of KDE, is punished with a fine in the amount of 200,000 (two hundred thousand) ALL. According to article 76/1/e of KDE, the fine is applied at the rate of 3%.
22. Rejecting the request of FC Fushë Kruja, as not based on the Code of Discipline and Ethics.
23. Viking Tirana U-15, for the activation of a player who did not have the right to play in the valid match of the Second Category U-15 Group D, Regional Zone Tirana, against Petrela U-15, based on articles 19/ 2 and 19/4/a of KDE, loses the match on the table with the result 3-0.
24. The official of Viking Tirana U-15, Eugent Kruja, for activating a player who did not have the right to play, based on article 19/4/b of the KDE, is punished with 6 (six) months of suspension from the activity.
25. AF Djekom Female U-13, for abandoning a valid match of the Second Category, Tirana Regional area, against 26. Albanian Female U-13, based on article 16/1 of the KDE, is punished with a fine of 100,000 ( one hundred thousand) ALL and loses the table match with the result 3-0. According to article 76/1/e of KDE, the fine is applied at the rate of 3%.
26. Opening of the disciplinary investigation for the possible activation by AF Arnisa of players who do not have the right to play, based on the complaint of Prestige MFC.
27. Atletik Tirana B, U-9, for abandoning the valid match of the Second Category, Tirana Regional area, against National S28. P, U-9, based on article 16/1 of the KDE, is punished with a fine of 100,000 (one hundred thousand) ALL and loses the match on the table with the result 3-0. According to article 76/1/e of KDE, the fine is applied at the rate of 3%.
29. Football Republic C, U-9, for abandoning a valid match of the Second Category, Tirana Regional area, against AF Champions U-9, based on article 16/1 of the KDE, is punished with a fine of 100,000 (one hundred thousand) ALL and loses the table match with the result 3-0. According to article 76/1/e of KDE, the fine is applied at the rate of 3%.
30. AF Kastrioti U-13, for abandoning the valid match of the Second Category, Tirana Regional area, against Don Bosco U-13, based on article 16/1 of the KDE, is punished with a fine of 100,000 (one hundred thousand) lek and loses the match at the table with the result 3-0. According to article 76/1/e of KDE, the fine is applied at the rate of 3%.
31. Dismissal of the request of the U-17 Football Academy player, Samanuel Zito, as not based on the Code of Discipline and Ethics.
