The car was engulfed in flames, Hysaj reacts: Here's what happened

The defender of the national team, Elseid Hysaj, explained the incident, after the news that his "Ferrari" car was engulfed in flames.

The Albanian footballer writes that the car he was traveling in had a defect and the fire came from this. However, he clarifies that fortunately there were no problems with people and it was not a road accident.

"Some media reported news about an event that happened a few days ago. I want to emphasize that I am fine, but the people who were with me are also fine.

A fault in the car caused a fire while I was walking along a road, I immediately took stock of the situation and stopped in a safe place.

Fortunately, there were no injuries to people or other vehicles. It was not a road accident, I make it clear that everything is fine and I am focused on today's game. Thank you all for your messages", he writes.

Tonight at 20:45, Lazio will host Salernitana at home in the match valid for the 32nd round in Serie A.
