Through interviews, the residents of this area show the difficulties they encounter on a daily basis, while they have been living in the same conditions for more than 30 years and have never known the hand of investments.

Namik Adili is a 69-year-old man who has been living in an apartment provided by the forestry company as a former employee for 30 years. With the pension money and a loan taken from the bank, he was able to intervene in the premises of the apartment, plastering the walls and fixing the roof, but sicc is also visible from the outside, the condition of the apartment is miserable.

"It's been 30 years since I entered this apartment. The conditions are not good, they weren't even good before, but I managed to do it myself. I also work with my wife and my son great", he said.

Namik Adili says that they went from the municipality to see the current condition of these homes and families, but they never offered even a little help to them. After 30 years, Adili's only hope is to legalize the apartment, in order to collect money and start its further arrangement.

"They came from the municipality and left. They don't say anything. I went to Aluizni and asked them for legalization, but they didn't do it for me. The apartment belongs to the state, but I got it from the forestry company. I paid for water and electricity, I have a little backward, not because of me but because of others. There are 8 or 9 families here. I ask the state to legalize this apartment, he said.

Another resident of this area is Mimoza Paravani, mother of 4 children, with her sick husband. She is seen bringing the canisters filled with water, as this is one of the biggest problems in the area. Mimosa, with tears in her eyes, says that she has been filling water in the city park for 10 years.

"I don't have water, I've been without water for 10 years. I've been homeless since 1995. I'm in a shack that falls out, goes in. I work, I get tired, I fasten boards so that somehow it doesn't drip inside. The man without a job , the boy also, without assistance, without bread. The man comes out with a drum that makes a lek for bread. Imagine, I go to fill water in the park, the man needs to eat bread and drink a glass of water. , she expressed.

The only request Mimoza has is to move them into a dormitory, being willing to pay a monthly fee.

"I have a contract for the lights, I also have a water contract, but they came and took it, and I have been loading water from the can for 10 years. We are 3 families here, they came and told us that they will take it away and give it another place. At least to take us away, to make us live in a dormitory like everyone else. To suffer like this is a disaster," she said.
