Study: Reducing sitting time by 40 minutes reduces worsening of back pain

A study published in BMJ Open has recently shown that reducing sitting by just one hour a day can help with back pain.

To reach this conclusion, a study was conducted for six months, with participants who reduced sitting by 20 minutes a day and 40 minutes a day.

Those who reduced it by 40 minutes saw less back pain than the other group.
